The College owns a teaching staff of 81 professional, rigorous and creative people who are dedicated to higher education, among which about 69 are full-time teachers with 15 professors, 30 associate professors, and one quarter of the staff have either educational background or working/teaching experience abroad. It has 3 doctoral tutors and 26 master tutors. The teachers with doctoral degree (including Doctor Candidates) in this College account for 78% of the total teaching staff.

Among the staff, 82% are younger than 45 years old, 69% of the teachers can give lectures in English. Most of the courses offered to the foreign students in our University are taught by our staff.
